Deltapoint® detects tip loss in a resistance welding cell and thus protects critical welds. Flow is measured in and out with two vortex shedding flowmeters (no paddlewheels to jam) and then compared. Thirteen tips to be monitored with one device. Pump sequencing or dirty water will not cause false trips. Used in weld guns, hard tooling and robotic cells. Devicenet standard. |
